Carte Blanche is Restaurant Lucie’s signature tasting experience — a seasonal five-course menu crafted by Chef Michael Angeloni. Each course reflects the season, the kitchen’s technique, and Lucie’s French sensibility.
“Carte blanche” means giving the chef the freedom of the menu. We compose the evening from what arrived that morning, what is at its peak, and what we are most excited to put on the plate. Courses are not printed in advance.
