What to know before you inquire.

Deposit

50% of the minimum spend required to confirm and secure your booking. Balance due on the day of the event.

Gratuity

20% service gratuity applied to all food and beverage charges, plus applicable taxes.

Menu Confirmation

Final menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 business days before the event.

Guest Count

Final guest counts confirmed before the event deadline. This number is the guaranteed attendance for billing.

Corkage

Outside wine welcome — $75 corkage per 750ml bottle. Outside liquor not permitted.

Outside Cake

$10 per person cake plating fee applies. Advance approval required.

F&B Minimum

Each space carries a minimum spend before taxes and gratuity. Shortfall applied as a room rental fee.

Décor & AV

Custom décor and entertainment welcome with advance approval. Confetti, glitter, and adhesive décor not permitted.

Yes. Our culinary team is happy to curate a customized menu for your event depending on group size and format.
Yes. Please submit all guest dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before the event.
Restaurant Lucie is the exclusive provider of all food and beverages. Outside food, alcohol, or catering is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.
Yes — décor and entertainment are welcome with advance approval from your event manager. Confetti, glitter, adhesive décor, and open flames are not permitted. Entertainment and AV are permitted for full restaurant buyouts only.
Setup times are specified in your event timeline and must be coordinated with your event manager in advance.
All rentals are typically coordinated through Lucie and preferred vendor partners. Third-party rentals require written approval in advance.
